Delivery information

Free delivery for individual customers is valid only in Poland. If you are interested in delivery outside of Poland, please contact us.

Delivery method

All products sold in our store are delivered in secured packages or on pallets via courier or forwarding companies:

  • delivery is usually carried out from Monday to Friday from 8.00 to 19.00
  • delivery takes place within 1-3 business days from the moment of sending the package
  • cash on delivery is possible for orders up to PLN 15,000
  • shipments weighing more than 31.5 kg are delivered to the ground floor or to the farthest place at the indicated address where it is possible to reach by car.

Secure pickup

Check the appearance of the outer packaging

The cardboard should not have dents, holes or other signs of damage. If a strap has been used for securing, it must not be torn or cut.

If the packaging is OK, sign the bill of lading and accept the shipment.

If the packaging raises your objections, definitely refuse to accept the shipment. If you decide to pick up an order with a damaged cardboard box, be sure to write down a damage report with the courier on site.

Check the contents of the package

First, verify the completeness of the shipment.

Then open the package and check that the products are not damaged. The courier should wait until you check the contents of the package.

If you have reservations about the content or condition of the shipment

If you have reservations about the condition of the ordered products or the order does not match the purchase document/WZ document, ask the courier to draw up a damage report. If the courier claims that he does not have the damage report with him, write down the damage on the waybill and ask for the courier’s signature.

Make sure to fill in all form fields. Mark outer packaging damage, if any. This is important information for a positive consideration of the complaint by the carrier. Before signing, verify that the description is consistent with the facts. In the “comments” field, enter your reservations, including those regarding the information entered by the courier in the report, e.g. when you do not agree with the information entered in the damage report.

Receive one copy of the completed report. Send us a clear photo or scan of the damage report together with the complaint form.
